Stirchley Fete 2019
Stirchley Fete

Saturday 1st June 2019
Another fantastic event brought to you by Stirchley, the Way Forward (not for profit).

Once again the weather was so kind to us! A beautiful sunny Saturday at Stirchley Baths.

The fete opened with Explore Learning taking to the stage with a show designed to ignite curiosity and learning for children and their families.

We were then treated to the musical talents of Birmingham Rock School. Who once again delighted us with their enthusiasm.

Stirchley, the Way Forward (not for Profit) would like to thank everyone who helped to make Stirchley Fete 2019 such a success. It is only through the combined efforts of the community of business owners, traders, residents, other Stirchley Groups we have enhanced the reputation of Stirchley as a very unique place.

It is undoubtedly a genuine pleasure organising a notable event for our local community. Although hard work, without the talented team behind us we couldn’t do it.

Our thanks go to Karen Cheney and her staff of Stirchley Baths always supporters of community events.

The Raffle winners have been notified of their prizes.

Firstly, we would like to thank the residents, the visitors, the businesses, and our local MP Steve McCabe for attending Stirchley Fete.

Also thanks to the following for their support.

Last but not least to our families who have lived and breathed Stirchley Fete for the past months, a big thank you to them.

All proceeds from Stirchley Fete will go back into the coffers for the benefit of the community and to fund future events.

Thank you all again,

Sue, Lisa, Martin, Stu and Susan

On behalf of all the members of Stirchley, the Way Forward.

We would like to thank stallholders and everyone who came along and took part. We would like to take this opportunity of thanking our local MP Steve McCabe who took time out from his busy schedule to pay us a visit too.

We would also like to thank the staff of Stirchley Baths and our volunteers who helped us put on such a successful event.
Without them we couldn’t bring our community together!
We welcomed many visitors and it was truly wonderful to see such contented faces.

Until the next time!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you and best wishes to you all.

Sue, Lisa, Martin, Stu and Susan.
Fitness and dance were brought to us by Carola from Swing train and Sharon from So funk,  no idea where their energy comes from.

The Razamatazz magic show was a hit and it was a treat for us to see the happy faces of the children and adults especially when the magical rabbit appeared. How did he do that?

A true party atmosphere was complimented with music by Marcel from Emortal Records whom supplied the music for the event.
Outside in the toddler area we had some very entertaining tales and fantastic stories from Story Vibes.

This year we had the very popular Party Bus. Great fun and entertainment for the kiddies. All the children loved it.

Attic Brew, their first experience away from their venue in Maryvale Rd. Brought us tasty beer to the event.
